As a Traditional Home Inspector, inspecting your investment prior to purchase, before placing the "For Sale" sign in the yard or performing a maintenance inspection annually to ensure your home stays in tip top condition.
As a Real Estate Consultant, I help you prepare your home for the sales market by helping you stage the “feel” of the home as well as detailing items for repair so the house is in its best condition prior to listing.
As a Holistic Home Inspector, I help you create a home sanctuary. The very ground your home or office is built upon may have energetic influences that are sick and that sick energy emitting from the ground or environment may effect your own bodies energetic system, your immune system or your bodies inability to heal.
Why I Am Qualified to Help
If you are here to learn more about Home Inspections, than please know I have over 35 years of building experience, 30 of those years in the Denver metro area. I am a graduate of Heur Evectic School of Home Inspection; I have been a remodeling contractor, a supervisor of planned residential communities and an inspector for HUD. I have certifications in many areas including furnace heat exchangers and many environmental concerns.
I have a PhD. In Metaphysical Studies and I am a Geobioligist/Earth Acupuncturist with over 25 years of experience in building energy fields and helping people create home environments that support their health and well being.
