Working in Boulder Today
A beautiful day to work in boulder. A client who's been living in their home for along time has had multiple illnesses, a divorce and many other troubled relationships.

Current partner not feeling safe or comfortable in the house. Geopathic or EMF stress? Ghost? Thought forms or something else? Stay tuned for updates.

Update:
What a great day at the office. House in Boulder was interesting. Team Ranoli, (Lauren Wilson and myself) found a few interesting things that were easily corrected and when we left the clients felt much better in the house.

We did a full investigation testing for many possible issues-geopathic stress, the home's electrical system or other sources of interfering electromagnetic pollution, looked for Feng Shui Poison Arrows, maintenance issues like carbon monoxide or natural gas leaks and explored the thought and emotional energy fields.

Found several thought forms that were negativity impacting the feel of the home. Made recommendations for electrical corrections and offered suggestions on diverting the influences of other sources of energy intrusion.

Pulled out the cold laser, did a few other wonderful techniques and the home felt full of love and peace. Current partner was feeling safe and comfortable in the house for the very first time when we left.

Excellent day, I love my work!

Grandma's Cures
I found these are the Internet and thought I would share them with you. I do not know who the original author is as I found them on multiple sites. If anyone know's who originally wrote these, I will update this page with that infomration. Enjoy.

Did You Know That? Drinking two glasses of Gatorade can
relieve headache pain almost immediately -- without the
unpleasant side effects caused by traditional "pain relievers."

Did you know that Colgate toothpaste makes an excellent salve
for burns. but toothpaste in general works wonders for
cleaning up tarnished silver.

filled with mysterious chemicals, try chewing on a couple of
curiously strong Altoids peppermints. They'll clear up your
stuffed nose.

horseradish in 1 cup of olive oil. Let the mixture sit for 30
minutes, then apply it as a massage oil, for instant relief for
aching muscles.

Sore throat? Just mix 1/4 cup of vinegar with 1/4 cup of honey
and take 1 tablespoon six times a day. The vinegar kills the
bacteria.

Cure urinary tract infections with Alka-Seltzer. Just dissolve

symptoms. Alka-Seltzer begins eliminating urinary tract
infections almost instantly -- even though the product was
never been advertised for this use. but cranberry juice works

and scrub the rust stain. The phosphoric acid in the coke is
what gets the job done.

over the splinter, let dry, and peel the dried glue off the skin.
The splinter sticks to the dried glue. also works for small
cactus splinters

tomato paste as a compress. The acids from the tomatoes
soothe the pain and bring the boil to a head. Arnica to speed
up the bruising healing time

Just a thought
Yesterday I was standing in line at the store and I struck up a conversation with the woman next to me. I simply asked how she was doing.

Most times people say, "Fine, or good or even excellent." Usually they tell us something polite, what they think we want to hear.

This woman was different. For whatever reason she felt she could tell me the truth. She said life was a challenge that right now it was really hard and she wasn't dealing with her challenges in a positive way.

I asked her what she needed to feel supported or hopeful. Her answer was really simple. She needed to feel loved, to feel someone else's strength for just a moment.

Something so simple and easy to provide. A hug in the check out line, a few words of hope and encouragement and sharing the intention that she feel provided for on all levels.

We talked for a few mores minutes while we waited and I could see the lines in her brow relax, her energy shifted.

Just a hug with the intention of love and whatever is needed has been supplied, that's all it took.

So my question for you, how many times have you been the woman feeling lost and separated from source. So tired you forgot the basics of who and what you are?

It's happened to me and just like the woman I met, a stranger stood in line and didn't mind giving me, a complete stranger a heartfelt hug.

Human's require touch, contact with another human. It's the exchange of the God in Me recognizes the God in You. The power of creation, the breathe of life, connection of source.

I hope you will share your stories with me in how you randomly found yourself in service to another. Namaste

Tips to prepare your home for a quick sale
How to Improve the Appeal of Your Home

Selling your home? Put yourself in the buyer's shoes and ask what you can do to give a buyer the ability to visualize his or her own belongings in your home. That means keeping things as neutral as possible. For instance, if you're going to give the place a fresh coat of paint, choose a neutral hue and keep it consistent throughout the house. Now is not the time to experiment with trendy wall treatments or colors. That could turn a potential buyer off. Don't forget to take care of the obvious. You live there, so you don't really notice certain clutter that has accumulated over time. Be sure that you check the inside and do things like:

  • Tidy up closets, cabinets and storerooms.
  • Clean the floors and make sure they have a fresh appearance.
  • Make sure the house doesn't look cluttered. Leaving a book out makes a house looked "lived in", but a stack of out-of-date magazines looks like clutter.
  • Get that kitchen to sparkle. Clean every appliance, every door and the inside of all cabinets and pantries. Is the oven dirty? Is the refrigerator cluttered with old food? Don't forget that a potential buyer might look anywhere!
  • Got leaky faucets or faulty-flushing toilets? A loose toilet seat? Fix them. You never know when a potential buyer is going to check out every aspect of your bathroom, including the medicine cabinet and linen closet. How about a new shower curtain and towels?
  • Clean the windows, inside and out. A bright sunny room is more appealing.
  • Make sure all light switches and light bulbs work.
  • Take a tour of your garage and basement. Are they tidy and dry? If not, your potential buyer could be wary of a purchase.
  • Take whatever steps you need to remove any unpleasant odors such as pet odors or tobacco smoke. There's nothing worse than a bad smell to turn a buyer off. Why not bake cookies right before the house is shown?

Outdoor Tips for Better Curb Appeal

It's frustrating if a potential buyer doesn't like the looks of the outside of your house. Stand on the curb and look at your house objectively. Walk up to the door and see if there is anything that would look unattractive or disturbing if you were considering buying this house. Take care of the following outdoor things:

  • Landscape to enhance instead of hide the property.
  • Repair the driveway.
  • Clean the garage and keep the door closed until the buyer goes to inspect it.
  • Trim and edge the lawn and make sure to remove all debris.
  • Replace damaged paving blocks on walkways and repair damaged fencing.
  • Make sure the front entrance sparkles. Scrub it or paint it if needed.
  • Take care of broken doorbells, creaky hinges, ripped screens, cracked windowpanes or chipping and peeling paint. These are signs of poor maintenance that might scare a potential buyer off.
  • Remove any objects lying around the exterior of the home including children's toys and garden tools.
  • Sweep the driveway.
  • Trim the shrubbery. Even in winter it can start to look unkempt.
  • If you can't afford to paint the whole house, give the trim and shutters a new coat.

12 Must do maintenance tips for your home
Our homes always want our attention and our money. The best way to save money around the home is to stay on top of your maintenance list. Here are some things to start off your new year and start preparing for spring.

  • Clean the gutters and downspouts.
  • Change furnace filter.
  • Check for water leaks around the hot water heater, drains and inside faucets.
  • Change the batteries in your smoke detector and your carbon monoxide detectors.
  • Seal tile grout joints.
  • Inspect the caulk joint from shower tiles to shower pan or to the tub.
  • Test all ground fault circuit interrupter outlets in the kitchen, bathroom, garages and exteriors. Just push the test button and then reset the outlet by pushing the reset button.
  • Vacuum your refrigerator coils.
  • Check the attic for leaks or other repairs.
  • Use binoculars to inspect roof flashing, notice any cracking in the tar flashing? Time to have it fixed.
  • Is it time to clean your chimney?
  • Trim bushes that are too close to the house.
